Twenty odd days ago, if you asked me if Trump was part of the establishment I would have said no. After watching the post election boil over i.e. left going nuts, right mocking and taunting, it’s easy to see what this inevitably leads toward. Chaos. I decided to study some odd anomalies and here’s a bit of what I’ve got so far:
So quick question….any of you know the exact day of Jesus Christ’s birth? *crickets chirping*
I’ll leave you to ponder on that question and yes December 25th is very unlikely to be the day just as the 1st of January is unlikely to be the first day of the year according to the bible. This world is corrupt and the driving force behind this corruption is the devil.
Jesus, Light of the World – Third Day
Jesus brought joy to the world when he came down to earth
Joy to the world – Third Day
Come all ye faithful – Casting Crowns
Merry Christmas from Earth’s Salvation
In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. And everyone went to their own town to register.
So a carpenter named Joseph left Nazareth in Galilee and took his soon-to-be-wife Mary, to his home town of Bethlehem in Judea, also the town of David. This man was descended from Israels previous king, King David. Joseph’s future wife was expecting a child when they travelled to the town of Bethlehem.
While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.
Just outside the town of Bethlehem on a hill, there were shepherds looking after their flock during the starry night.
An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.
He is famous, whether you’re an atheist, agnostic or a Christian, whether you like it or not, everyone knows Jesus. How they know or who they think he really his does not matter because they know Jesus’ name. Everyone on this planet, yes including the ones in the Earth’s orbit, stop their working lives and celebrate Christmas.
Jesus truly is the reason for the season
So when you celebrate Christmas, when you take a toast at the dinner table or when you acknowledge this day where ever you are this Christmas, remember that if it wasn’t for Jesus, you wouldn’t be celebrating Christmas on the 25th of December 2012
Alright….my objective for this post goes something like this:
The moment you finish reading the last sentence of this post, hopefully you will no longer have the desire to be indoors. You’ll probably stay away from cyber space for a while (two days max. for teens) and day-dream your lifelong holiday dream destination.
If you’re reading this from work, I’m sorry if I interrupted your work related thoughts and if your reading this from home, get out there and look for adventure!
